In detail
What is a transfer?
If you make a transfer, you move an amount from
your account to another account by using a transfer form. You can
manage your transfers electronically in Home'Bank, Phone'Bank or
at a Self'Bank.
Who is it for?
For everyone who wants to manage his/her
payments efficiently.
Practicalities
- If you pay by transfer regularly, you can
make things easy for yourself!
-
Payment by direct debit: pay recurring invoices like gas and
electricity bills automatically. Your payments will always be on
time and you won't have to worry about any late payment
charges.
-
Standing order: ideal for recurring payments of identical
amounts, such as your rent or your monthly savings.
- Zoomit:
this service allows you to receive and manage your invoices and
payslips directly in Home'Bank. No more tedious paperwork!
- Transfers with an IBAN (International Bank
Account Number)
IBAN is a standardised way of writing bank account numbers all over
Europe. An IBAN code consists of an account number, a country code
and a numeric verification key.
For example:
- Transfers with a memo date
In the top left corner of your transfer form you can see the "memo
date" field. Complete this field if you want to schedule the
transfer on a later date. If you leave this field blank, the
payment is performed immediately.
Charges
Electronic transfers are entirely free.
Consult our
charges brochure for the price of manual transfers.
